The AYM Method

The "AYM" in this method stands for Adjust Your Mindset. One of my goals as a health and wellness professional is helping people adjust their mindsets around health and fitness. I want to help erase the stigmas and guide people who are done feeling stuck in their journey. I love finding ways to make this a sustainable lifestyle and not just a fad diet or quick fix.

Living a healthy lifestyle takes A LOT of work day after day. Let's be real: there are no shortcuts. There will be days when you don't feel like working out, eating right, or maybe even doing your daily tasks. These are the days we have to remain focused, reach out for support, and do what you can. 

​

The AYM Method has multiple phases. The first phase is AYM Ignite. This phase has seen a few changes over the past months. I have made this phase the introductory phase of AYM Immersion. It's 6 weeks long and a great way to jumpstart your habits. Your next step, Immersion or Elevate, will be tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level. In your coaching call, we will determine together which step is the next best step for you.

AYM Immersion then takes you through the next 6 weeks worth of habits, tracking, workouts, and nutrition guidance. You will be learning more about how to listen to your body and find what works for you. Here, we also learn how to track macronutrients and which ones serve you best.  â€‹

After completing AYM Ignite, you may be invited to join AYM Elevate, our exclusive membership. There, you will use the skills and foundations learned in AYM Ignite (and or Immersion) to step up your results and work towards achieving your goals.

  • this phase typically lasts 6 months to a year
